On International Women’s Day, we gather in a serene, sacred space to honour the Woman. Her energy, her softness, her resilience, her glow.
Flow & Glow is an intimate wellness experience in Nairobi, blending yoga, spa therapy, meditation, and organic skincare rituals in a serene, sacred space, created to restore, nourish, and celebrate women.

1. What time does the retreat begin and end?
The experience is designed as a full day retreat FROM 8am – 2pm
2. Do I need prior yoga experience?
No. The sacred yoga flow is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels.
3. What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing for movement, a water bottle, a yoga mat, and an open heart. All workshop materials will be provided.
4. Is the spa treatment included in the ticket price?
Yes. The restorative spa experience at Aruka is included in your KES 7,500 ticket.
5. Is lunch included?
Yes. A nourishing, intentional lunch is part of the experience.
6. Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Tickets are non-refundable due to limited capacity. However, you may transfer your ticket to another guest with prior notice.
