What We Accept We currently accept clean, empty ORGANIKA glass jars and bottles only.
Before Returning Your Jar
- Empty the product completely
- Rinse with warm water
- Allow to air-dry fully
- Ensure the container is free from cracks or damage
Plastic or non-ORGANIKA containers are not accepted at this time.

How long does a refill take?
Refills are usually processed within 1–3 working days after drop-off or pickup.
What packaging do you accept for refills?
We currently accept clean, empty, original ORGANIKA glass jars and bottles only. Plastic or non-ORGANIKA containers are not accepted.
How should I prepare my jar before returning it?
Simply rinse your jar with warm water, ensure it’s empty, and allow it to air-dry completely before returning.
Can you pick up my empty jars?
Yes. We offer an empty bottle pickup service. Simply fill out the refill request form and select your preferred pickup date and location.
Do refills cost less than new products?
Yes. Refills are offered at a reduced price compared to purchasing a brand-new product, as you’re reusing existing packaging.
